From the very first conversation with Neil, right through his detailed walk-through videos and the entire buying process, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Everything was clear, professional, and reassuring, giving us complete confidence at every stage. The extended warranty was also excellent and added real peace of mind.

The Mini itself was prepared to an exceptionally high standard and looked absolutely beautiful when we collected it. Pricing was very fair and transparent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Extra requests like the bonnet stripes and window tinting were happily done and turned around within a week, which we really appreciated.

Bought my mini convertible in Sep 25 and love it. Neal in Sales was so easy to get along with: no pressure sales, very knowledgeable about everything Mini and when you see either the sales room or the garage waiting area you will see that these guys all have a genuine passion for Minis. So much more comforting than going to a “Car Supermarket” where sales people are only interested in one thing! There was a couple of minor adjustments needed after the sale but it was no problem for the garage mechanics to fix both (and no haggling over whether the warranty covered things). Lovely car in fabulous condition-very pleased.There was a problem with the tyre pressure monitoring system .Booked the car into the workshop who replaced a faulty sender.Very quick and efficient.I found the workshop and reception areas to be spotless.I would definitely recommend Norfolk Cars based on my experience.

Where do I start, Gary and the team are consummate professionals, if you have a mini no matter how far you have to travel go no where else, the knowledge you get with the service is invaluable to say they know their stuff is a understatement, I took my mini in because I had a stage 3 clutch installed and to be kind it wasn’t straight forward, i had to send the clutch kit back because of a “unknown” fault whether it be the clutch or mechanic I used the first time, but after Norfolk mini got their hands on it they went above and beyond to make sure nothing could go wrong and after 3 days of driving I think it’s safe to say they smashed it out the park the clutch is heavy no fault of theirs but they have made it operate so smooth and seems to solved the issue.
Can’t thank the boys at Norfolk mini enough won’t be the last time I’ll be seeing them.

Can’t recommend enough. I had been looking for my first car for about a year. I was really anxious about spending such a large amount of money and getting sold a dangerous car. I had a few bad experiences, I even put a deposit down on a vehicle somewhere else and they were very evasive making me feel uncomfortable. I then bought a car that didn’t even make it 3 miles up the road. I was really nervous after this experience but needn’t have been. The next car I bought was from Norfolk Cars and they’ve been faultless. It’s a lovely car and has been really well looked after. We had one very minor problem after a few weeks and they took the car straight into the workshop and had it fixed within half an hour. Very impressed.

They’re brilliant. I bought my first car from them this year and I adore it. They offer a friendly, professional service and nothing is too much trouble. The whole team have been amazing and I recommend this company especially if you’re a new driver like me and you have silly questions or concerns. Not enough stars here to do this place justice. I drove there from up in Barnsley to get the roof of my convertible fixed after my local mini dealers tried a typical rip off scam. Norfolk cars were just amazing. Great price, fast work and an excellent job done. They even added on some extra jobs at zero notice I requested. I can’t recommend them enough! It’s a long drive, but I’d happily count them as my ‘go to’ place for my two minis. Thanks again.

From my first discovering the car on AutoTrader, Neal answered all my queries quickly and with just the right amount of detail even though I was trading in a very old car against one of his least expensive models. We purchased our first Mini from Neal a few months ago, by far the best experience I have had with a dealer. He was knowledgeable, professional and assisted us with everything we needed. I have purchased two MINIs from Norfolk Cars Ltd and when I am looking for my next MINI, they will be the first place I look. If they have the car I am looking for, at the time, I will buy from again because they stock good quality, well prepared cars and they know the MINI range inside out. I have also used their garage services for repairs to my 2005 Mini R53 that I did not actually purchase from them, always great service and competive prices. If they were more local to me, I would use them for servicing as well, but unfortunately for me, they are just that little too far away.
