From the very first conversation with Neil, right through his detailed walk-through videos and the entire buying process, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Everything was clear, professional, and reassuring, giving us complete confidence at every stage. The extended warranty was also excellent and added real peace of mind.

In a time where good customer experience is hard to come by, it was genuinely refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares. We highly recommend Neil and Norfolk Cars Mini and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I found Norfolk cars on moving to Norfolk. I have a Mini Cooper that they have been servicing for me over the last 3 years. The quality of service and competitive pricing are both first class.
Their premises is a credit to them and the advise and assistance is always on hand when required.
When I first used them I needed a door handle fitting and I was quoted £240 by Inchcape Mini in Norwich, but Gary very kindly did it for me for £20!!

Recently had my Mini Countryman in for an MOT and Brake Fluid change at Norfolk Cards. Have used several times now, always providing a flawless service, with everything dealt with professionally and competitively priced.

Neal is incredibly knowledgeable about Minis and it really shows, he took the time to answer every question and made us feel totally confident in our purchase.

The Mini itself was prepared to an exceptionally high standard and looked absolutely beautiful when we collected it. Pricing was very fair and transparent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Extra requests like the bonnet stripes and window tinting were happily done and turned around within a week, which we really appreciated.

The whole process felt personal, honest and genuinely enjoyable, not something you can say about buying a car very often! We’re absolutely in love with our Mini and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neal to anyone looking for one. We would 100% buy from him again.
