If you are new to Mini it can become very confusing trying to understand the different specification used Minis actually have. I still get confused, so to make things easier for us all I have created this page to help summarise the different Mini Packs available! The packs below refer to the 2nd Generation R55 & R56 Mini's, but they have mainly stayed the same throughout the model years (which are also explained below!)
What is a Mini Salt Pack?
(Mini One) - Velour Floor mats, Passenger seat height adjustment, Storage compartment pack (glove box, map pockets), Front fog lights, Silver interior trim (FOC option), Interior lights pack, On board computer, Rev Counter.
What is a Mini Pepper Pack?
(Mini One, Cooper, and Cooper D) - In addition to the Salt pack - Leather steering wheel, Heated mirrors & washer jets, Chrome line exterior (bumper trim, Grille, Tailgate handle), Bluetooth (late R56 models only), 15" Alloy wheels
R50 models get 15" 8 spoke alloys
What is a Mini Chilli Pack?
(Mini Cooper, Cooper S, & Cooper D) - In addition to the Pepper pack - 16" Alloy wheels (17" on Cooper S), Roof Spoiler, Sport suspension, Sports Half Leather seats,
Bluetooth with USB & Auto Air con (late R56 models only)
R50 models get 16" 5 Star Alloys, R56 models get 16" 5 Star Blaster Alloys
R53 models get 17" S Spoke Alloy wheels, R56 Cooper S gets 17" Crown Spoke alloys
What is a Mini Visability Pack?
Heated mirrors, Auto lights, & Quick clearing windscreen
What is a Mini TLC pack?
This is a service package that includes standard servicing and brake fluid changes for 5 years / 50,000 miles.
TLC XL is an extension of the above TLC pack, up to 8 Years / 80,000 miles
